The instructors are fantastic! They really interact via video to make adjustments for those who need them.

I was referred to this modality experience and that Nancy was the best instructor. Certainly a gift to have a class from her. I joined on Saturday, my first time, and was apprehensive as I have a compromised knee. This type of yoga was very different and worked well for me. Thank you Yoga Center for this class!
