This has been one of my favorite studios. When I travel to Denver I always make sure I come in for classes. Nancy Stechert is a favorite teacher so was very glad that the studio hosted her and glad I was able to take the class.
Not only is Lisa a technically superior teacher of Iyengar yoga, but she also shares the wonderful spirit of the yogic teachings which has been so helpful in living through the "COVID" experience.
