The Ambiance was lovely. Very warm and inviting. Teacher Kayla was knowledgeable, relatable and lead an intentional strengthening flow with many options to do various variations. I enjoyed my experience so much, I will be reaching out to inquire about joining your teaching team. This was my first public class in over 3 years and I'm still riding high on the good vibes!
