Clean facility, very good and easy to understand instructor, close to home
The facilitator was knowledgeable and interesting and kept the group motivated.
Instructor was very welcoming and led a very good class. I was very pleased with the gentle hatha class I attended with Tammy. I wish this would still be offered during the daytime hours as I am retired and like to attend day classes.

Love the studio, it's just a little small which is my only issue, but nothing wrong with it!
The yin yoga class was incredibly relaxing! I've been searching for a yin class for so long and haven't been able to find one until now. With other studios, an evening flow isn't quite what I'm looking for because I was searching for the more meditative side of yoga. I'm happy I found a place to go for this now!
