The instructor was excellent and went out of her way to make me feel welcome. I truly needed a healing space and feel Stacy was a guardian Angel!😇

The studio is beautiful and the heat is very nice. The instructor (Heather) gave very clear queues and lead by demonstrations vs more verbal than performance which I prefer. Everyone in class was peaceful and the overall vibe was lovely. 🕉️💓
I loved the vibe of YA from start to finish. The warmth of the decor and literal warmth of the studio were so inviting. The teachers were great. Just a lovely space with everything you need and nothing you don’t. I’d love to have a similar studio near where I live in DC!
Allie is full of wisdom, kindness, humor, expert understanding of mobility, encouragement and I love her! She is changing my life for the best! Beyond any help a therapist could provide. I'm doing poses I never imagined!
Marlo offers a calming, therapeutic, trance like vibe in her amazing style. Love her too! My knee pain has decreased immensely. Better than a PT. Not exaggerating.
Both instructors have taught me so much. As a newish to yoga person, I feel right there alongside the seasoned students - because of the way Allie and Marlo teach - detailed, clear, positive and calm. ❤️Grateful ❤️
