It would be great if YA could post on its website some info about how they protect the health of clients/visitors in terms of airborne illness (how often are props sanitized, is the air purified and if so how often, what's the ventilation like, etc) since the room is often heated. That would help me feel closer to 100% safe there!

I enjoyed Jennifer practice had a different flow and it challenged my body with different poses. She has a very calm voice and easy going. Body felt relaxed and energized after.
Accessibility for those not in that great of shape. Very supportive environment.
