It was a good experience but it didn't feel personable no one talked to each other including the teacher I found that awkward
The instructor went above and beyond. She was kind and authentic. I liked listening to the meaningful quotes while I rested and restored. She gave a neck and head massage she helped me get into positions. Lastly the cold lavender cloth at the end is sublime.
