Being my first time to an Evening Flow class, I walked into class feeling intimidated and apprehensive. Allie immediately put me at ease. I enjoyed class and felt welcomed, even though my skill level is at a very beginner level.
Good class and teacher had great pacing. Just tad noisy from street at times.
