I love asanaFIT because the classes help me prevent injuries for my triathlon training. Also, I love getting slayed with a good flow class from Pam or Christie. And, showers are clutch.

I really love Heidi's hot yoga class it's similar to the bikram I'm used to. I'm hoping she will teach more of those classes in the future!
