Like the vibe and sense of community and the kundalini class was amazing.
All positive. However, sometimes the classes get very crowded and there is no space to stretch. On occasions, I have been splashed with someone else's' sweat.
I'm an OG there. Love the place. Keeps me sane in an insane world.
I loved the hot vinyasa flow class and the instructor was wonderful!!!
I love Eric and his reiki healing circle included so many wonderfulangels!! Love the changes made in the studio with the new ownershiptoo♥️🙏🏻
I felt the vibe was really good! I only came for the Reiki circle last night so can't speak to the classes and I belong to another studio right now but might check it out in the future :)
