Cause it was great.
I completely enjoyed the instructors approach. Challenge us to challenge ourselves but also allowing us the freedom to refuse and no our limits. Push when we need to push. Yield when we should yield. Listen to our bodies. Push them but honor them as to suffer no injuries. Loved the class!!
