Peaceful, clean, beautiful space. Parking. Showers. Excellent teacher, (Thanks, Kathleen!) with outstanding, thoughtful direction and invitation to modify asanas for personal comfort, guidance for exploring postures for what is right in the moment. Owner, Nikki welcoming and wonderful. New to the area, so grateful to have found this studio and community of people. See you again early this week!!!
