Yes Yoga is the perfect yoga studio. They have a great selection of different classes for those who are beginning and those who have been practicing for years. I love the dark space with huge mirrors and the lighting is amazing. The instructors all vary in amazing ways- some more spiritual, some more exercise focused but all very caring and explanatory. Thank you for all that y’all do!
Hot Quickie at 3 pm on Saturday with Marquela was awesome!! I love getting to level up in practice and learn the “why”… a beautiful experience
