The instructor made the class very accessible to someone new to yoga/hot yoga
Kaitlyn was an amazing instructor & really made my first hot vinyasa comfortable & positive.
Kaitlyn is the best instructor I have ever had. Her classes are challenging yet fun, and they always calm my mind with the meditation to open and close the flow.
