I’ve been to your studio a handful of times. I have always enjoyed the classes I’ve taken.
The instructors always do an excellent job - they all have a passion for the practice. And it is the only thing that helps my back and helps my other activities.
It was great. Way harder than expected due to the heat but I am hooked. It was really great how I felt afterwards... It will be my new yoga thing...
