I chose 10 because I love HOT yoga and all of the instructors are great! I wish that I could attend more classes. I live on the westbank so traveling and be really challenging. I wish you had 10am or 11am classes!

Kaitlyn is the best instructor I have ever had. Her classes are challenging yet fun, and they always calm my mind with the meditation to open and close the flow.
