1: Welcoming Environment - did not feel pressured or watched. Greeted upon entering, returning attendees showing enthusiasm and camaraderie with staff 2: Safety - Felt secure in where I could leave my belongings and that it is a safe space 3: Clean - Everything was well maintained and cleaned, class props were not smelly or gross 4: Class - class size was perfect, teacher moved when demonstrating different positions so no one is at a disadvantage spot for following along 5: above and beyond - Extra amenities like water station, involved with the local community, special workshops and classes 6: Variety - Options, options, options! Different instructors, classes and times. If you can't do a certain class at the time you want on Monday, it is offered at a different time and possibly different instructor later in the week 7: Technology - Mindfulness about silencing your device, easy electronic self sign up or check in for classes, ability to sign up for open classes the day of, great website and easy to follow schedule layout. 8: Pricing - Affordable Rather than a gym membership, that typically goes unused after New Years resolutions you offer class packages where you choose how many you want to buy and attend throughout the year. You set your budget and own pace for classes you want to take. If totally invested in yoga, unlimited memberships are available. Options and pricing are geared for the customer.

The warm slow vin/yin class was exactly what I needed. I felt a great mind/ body connection and energy afterwards. My tight lower back and neck muscles seemed to loosen up which I was extremely thankful for. I absolutely loved Crystal Turner’s energetic and intuitive teaching style and can’t wait to participate in her class again.. The front desk staff was very helpful and showed excellent customer service skills.
