I don’t get to hot yoga very often, it’s just not available where I live. It’s always a treat when I get the opportunity and break up my normal routine. My first impression of the teacher was that she talked too much and it sounded scripted. As class progressed I found the cues and narration to be spot on and helpful. Definitely some fresh input for my practice. Nice facilities too.
