Marlena, the teacher and the Gentle Yoga class provided an excellent stretch and sense of peace. The studio was clean and the air and temperature was just right!

Yesterday I had my first 90 min Hot Yoga. At first I wasn’t sure I could do it but my instructor was amazing and the people were all so friendly. The facilities are clean and accommodating. I’ll be back:)
