Amazing class and teacher, Sara Rhinelander, for power vinyasa. Class was taught in a great way for the later movements to be based on the earlier moves. Very thoughtful. Sara introduced herself to everyone before class. I moved out of the area five years ago and had taken her classes before. .Five years later, she’s just as great! Wish this studio was in my hometown!
