• First, the people who answered the phone were really nice and accommodating. We had to move our appointment a few times based on our toddler's unpredictable eating and napping schedule, and they were really sweet about it. Susan, the barber, was very nice and patient, with both my son's haircut and mine, explaining what she'd do and being flexible with our thoughts. And the car and airplane barber seats are fantastic. Just a very nice, pleasant experience.

• Friendly, efficient, caring, lots of toys and distractions for the child. Balloons and cookies readily available. Hands down the best place in my area to take the kid for a Haircut.
