• This was my very first time asking for a haircut for my son. From the momentum first called to scheduled to the very end where I was paying, I experienced really great service. Alma was SO patient with my 8 month old son. He moved a lot, and cried (which I would expect anyone to be annoyed with, especially by the end of the the day) and she was nothing but pleasant. I didn't get the name of the woman up front, she came and tried a to also calm down my son because he was crying, she tried playing, some toys, a balloon. I also explained to Alma I don't know what to ask for, just what I wanted his hair to look like. She achieved it with a photo, and educated me a bit on how to ask for his haircut the next time. The haircut he got looked amazing, even with a screaming, crying, moving baby. I will be coming back.
