• The Yellow Balloon is a wonderful place with very good haircutters as well as fun, and sensitive to the needs of children. I take my young adult autistic mentally retarded son there. Maiza is really wonderful with him and does a great job. She's so efficient at cutting his hair too. And he appreciates the toys which are a good distraction.
