• The certificate is perfect. I really appreciate the details. It looks like something I would cherish and keep forever. Its not flimsy at all. It's the main reason why I chose yellow balloon. Staff is great. My daughter, usually shy, adapted quick to the environment. I was having the hardest time getting her out of the house. When she saw the toys outside she felt comfortable. Debbie was great offered her toys snacks and was very comforting and gentle with her. We had great first haircut for her my first born. They ended it with a balloon and toy. Not the best toy for a parent (handclapper noise maker) lol but it sure left her happy. This experience couldn't have been any better, she wont stop talking about her haircut.
