• Everyone was so friendly and nice. The lady that cut my daughter's hair was fast and she did a great job. It was nice to not be rushed out after getting the haircut. We were able to take pictures with our daughter on her first haircut. I wish we knew about parking prior and that tip is only cash, but other than that it was great!

• Alma was wonderful as usual! My son used to be terrified of getting his hair cut, but thanks to her nurturing nature, he looks forward to coming to The Yellow Balloon! The staff are all wonderful too! I was telling them that I got my first haircut at The Yellow Balloon, I brought my son to get his first haircut there as well! It's the only place I would ever take him to! Always such an amazing experience coming here!
