• The Yellow Balloon is a fun and inviting place for my children to get their haircuts. They love going there and picking out which cars they want to sit in. They look forward to getting a yellow balloon, lollipop and animal crackers. Even when they get their haircuts outside, it's still a very fun experience! The stylists and owner are all very friendly!
