• Our hairstylist Debbie did such an amazing job. Our 23 month old was crying and moving around the whole time, and not only was she patient and understanding, she did a great job!

• Easy process to make an online appointment; excellent over the phone customer service prior to making appointment; Shannon provided superb service; 3 year old daughter was treated nicely by all staff, daughter was given ownership in first haircut experience by selecting vehicle of choice, hair clips, cookies, where to take picture for certificate, was given special certificate with picture and lock of hair, salon was clean, organized, colorfully appealing to the eye; free parking in the back; overall, a comfortable, nice, stress-free experience. We appreciated the Gogo Squeez snacks too! Happy daughter and happy mother! Thank you Yellow Balloon staff!!
