Because the trainers are the most professional and knowledgeable around, like at a deep level. They give caring, personalized attention with a holistic, targeted approach to improvement. I have joint and spine issues so everytime I've started someplace else, I inevitably hurt myself and set back. Not here. They check every time I get there and give targeted stretching and activities designed for me. The cherry on top was when I brought my Type 1 diabetic son in and Christian managed his workout in a way that gave me full confidence he was in good hands and I could back off. I honestly can't rave enough about WHF.
