I am 76 on limited income... it's affordable which is a plus but the reason I really like it there...because everybody is so kind! Kindness goes a long way. They offer a lot of modalities with people who KNOW what they are doing... It's just amazing place, a feeling of belonging. I have never really been one to go to these workout centers with all the spandex people... From the first time I walked in the door I knew this was the right place for me. Just just amazing. Thank you.
