* Knowledgeable, dedicated trainers who make an effort to get to know you personally and professionally, and make working out fun AND productive * Clientele who are friendly and don't care about how you or they look in comparison to one another. In fact, no one compares themselves to other clients. There's a culture of support, not competition. * Unique, affordable personal training model * a gym for people of all ages each with individual goals and programs. Further from a "cookie cutter" model than any I've experienced.
