My wife and I entered WHF and were so excited to see a fully equipped gym, as well as so many other classes, programs and specialties. I had the best massage experience with Maxime. As a physical therapist until then I could not find someone who understood the muscles and techniques used to properly alleviate tension and pain. Maxime is great! My wife signed up for yoga and breathing technique classes. WHF is a full service facility. We have found our place to help us stay healthy!
