Every Trainer at WHF is extremely educated it helping get you stronger and also help with recovery from physical injuries or on going issues that have been going on for years. Your biological age will be much younger than your chronological age, as is with my husband and myself. We have been members for 10 years and look and feel much healthier and younger than a lot of men and women our age. Highly recommended!
