• Workout 1 is inspirational. The workouts are terrific. I am motivated to try more and different exercises than I would on my own. Coaches explain in detail, then monitor and correct/teach participants. Fellow participants are encouraging and accommodative (if necessary). Facility is clean. Equipment is high quality, plentiful, and well maintained. I am reaching my goals of reducing body weight, improving balance and flexibility, and becoming more limber. Workout 1 is a great value.

• Wonderful instructors that both care and have the knowledge to make a great workout class. Classes are always different each visit and modifications are offered for each individual level. You can't really get this level of quality instruction at other workout places. It's a total 10!
