• I really enjoy the fact that: 1. Every single workout is different 2. It works out my entire body 3. I can get a great workout done in 45 minutes to an hour 4. Every workout burns a bunch of calories! 5. I am working out with friends 6. I never feel out of place, no matter how long in between workouts!
