For starters, I was about 10 minutes late (I planned on being 15 mins early 🤦♀️) but everyone welcomed me in and allowed me to join quietly with no hard feelings. About 10 minutes in, our instructor Allison noticed I didn't have a bolster and offered to grab me one. It made all the difference 🙏 The lighting was perfect, the music was dreamy, the incense was divine. I left feeling like I had gotten sooo much more than I paid for. The Reiki treatment was a treat I didn't expect. The yoga poses were perfect for the biofield tuning we received, the timing of everything was outstanding, and the energy given and received was exactly what I needed. I loved that we were able to mingle a little after the treatment. I never would have guessed this was the first time the two practitioners had worked together. The flow was perfect. I will definitely be back for more

Love the atmosphere, the energy, and my private yoga session with Allison was absolutely amazing. I'm a psychotherapist, have had many holistic as well as physical treatments, i.e. Ricky, chiropractic, acupuncture, PT, personal training, many types of yoga, and this was just simply amazing and what my body needed. A great balance of attention to my physical body as well as emotional energy and spiritual energy. Looking forward to my nine next Sessions that I have already scheduled with Allison!
