The class had a great flow to it and it went by quickly. Plus my abs were sore the next day!
I'm a wonder yoga junkie. I love it because: 1. the classes are at a reasonable temperature (goldilocks). 2. The teachers are nice and offer assists and lots of good cues for alignments 3. free parking 4. perks like the tea bar and wonder wellness 5. the prices are extremely reasonable 6. the classes are at convenient times.

Allison gave an amazing practice that morning and spent time with me tell me about all the essential oils. Her knowledge and passion are exciting and her personality magnetic!!!
