Class was good. Instructor is nice.
The experience and results I highly recommend
Like liked the instructor. She moved quickly even though it was a newbie class, which I really liked. Felt like I still got a workout despite being a newbie class. Other newbie classes I've taken were too easy. I liked the class size and location as well.
