Unique opportunity to do Pilates at any level from newbie to expert in an intimate nurturing atmosphere using machines that assist with proper form and technique. Also provides a workout that does not stress but rather strengthens my body. Recommend to EVERYONE.
I don't like exercise but I love going to Pilates!! And I've stuck with it...mostly due to the caring and welcoming atmosphere of the staff and also the other patrons!
