Sharon has a sweet, upbeat personality and makes you feel at ease like an old friend. Her skills and knowledge make for a wonderful massage, as well as giving me helpful advice/stretches to use at home. She worked out several knots in my neck and shoulders and knew just how much pressure to apply so that I wouldn't be painful the next day.
