It was very quiet, most places I've gone to in the past you always hear people laughing/talking in other rooms which is very distracting. I couldn't hear a thing except the calming music. Ardy made it a point to ask about my kids even though I haven't seen her for a year. It was nice to know she made note and was thoughtful to ask! Plus she gives an amazing massage! The best.
