• I was desperately looking for a massage to address a lower back and shoulder issue. I was lucky that a Google search introduced me to Well Within as I had never been there before. The staff fit me in for an appointment that day. The space was inviting and calming. The massage was relaxing and also managed to get rid of the knots without unnecessary pain. The parking was easy too!

• Annie was awesome! I went in for a prenatal massage and she was very good at pinpointing my troubled areas, lower back and shoulders. She was firm but gentle. And she offered some great pointers to help alleviate some of the soreness. I would definitely recommend for other expectant mothers!

All along she has helped me and her care also includes guidance on stretching and coping with being a carpenter and the wear and tear that comes with the job. She is through, very knowledgeable, and, and great technique. Well Within is well run , organized, and professional . They really have their act together. The offices is quiet and the therapy rooms are clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend them
