Mala Making Workshop & Meditation Evening


Join us for a fun night of Mala making w/guest jewelry artisan, Michele Kosboth.  Together, we will each make our own Mala with the guidance of Michele, "activate" our Malas and join in a group meditation using our new Malas.

What is a Mala?

A Mala is a sacred piece of jewelry made up of 108 beads and 1 mantra bead.  Malas are believed to have healing & energetic powers.  Malas can serve as a tool to inspire you, as a reminder of an intention you set for yourself or (most commonly) as a tool for meditation.  No two Malas are the same.  Each is unique and specific to to its owner.
