There are many special instructors at Warrior 1, but this particular visit was with Donovan. I really like that he switches up his flows, incorporates great music, and is helpful with inversions. I was having an especially rough day (couple months haha!), and Lindsay and Heather were at reception with so much warmth and spirit. Lovely visit, and I left feeling much better!
