I think the team there at wareing's does a great job. there is a little limitation of space.

Small group at Wareing's Gym is the best. All of the trainers pay special attention to each person's needs and the workouts have great warmups and exercise sets that follow. We always have a new workout each time we go and there is variation with strength, conditioning and always a little cardio! I have been doing small group for 10 years and it is the best gift I have given myself! Come try it out! You will not be disappointed!
