I’ve already referred you to a friend who is in the same boat I was: knowing I needed to add strength training in my 40s and finding every excuse not to. It’s been super easy from the time I walked in the door to inquire about Wareings to meeting with the trainer for a functional movement assessment, to signing up for and attending my first small group training session (which turned into a one-on-one coaching sesh!
