• Great ambiance. The use of hot stones was performed in a very pleasurable way and the sculpting massage was probably the best I ever had. Thumbs up.

• I wish I could live there! As soon as I walk into the store, I immediately relax - the shop's atmosphere is so warm and inviting! I am so grateful to have Vitality here in Richmond providing such an awesome experience as floating. I can't recommend it enough - I've floated after a long night, after running a marathon and just recently, seven weeks after giving birth, and each time, was so essential in my physical and mental recoveries. The staff is so sweet that I feel like a friend instead of a client. I love this place!

• This Spa is amazing. It's unique character make it an experience where you feel on vacation if you will. The staff is always kind and helpful and it is always very clean. I felt instantly at home and comfortable from my 1st time there, that I constantly think about going back. The pod and the room are both wonderful and both have their different perks. The shower in both is relaxing and the shampoo, conditioner and soap are awesome- it's a little thing, but important for me. I recommend this place to all my friends, and as I'm 9 months pregnant I hope to come back soon before baby but if not it will be on my list of things to do when I need to have some "me time".
