• I always have a fabulous experience at the VB every time I go in for a service, from the way I am greeted when I walk in the door, to the comfortable waiting area, great treatments done by experts who continually educate themselves to provide the best experiences, and the easy checkout and rebooking process. My results are always fantastic, and by paying for top-quality acumen and products, I actually save time and money not having to purchase products that don't work or worsen my skin, cover up flaws with makeup, or visit doctors and shell out for copayments and expensive dermatology prescriptions (as often these drugs are not reimbursed). This last point is especially relevant as I had flare-ups due to skin reactivities that were never cured until I began regular facials with Stephanie. Now my skin is consistently calm and clear even in extreme conditions which previously triggered issues. So my highest praise is not just that I look my best, but that the health of my skin continues to improve, which is definitely not a claim every spa can make!
