I started coming here for waxes and recently began getting facials here as well. I see Allison, but friends of mine see Christa and Emily and from what I hear, they're all very good.

They're doing a great job with COVID protocols. You wait outside or in your car until called to come in, so that you're the only one in the main area during check in and check out. You have your temp taken and asked to sanitize your hands (or wash at the sink) before getting started.

It's too soon to really report on overall changes to my skin's conditions, but my facial was thorough and relaxing, and my skin was positively glowing when I left. I don't say that lightly. Allison made a lot of great recommendations, and I picked up a hydrating serum there based on her recommendations.

It's a calm, relaxing atmosphere and I feel comfortable and confident there. I'm a client for life!

I made an appointment with Alexandra to have powder brows done about 4 months ago. This was my first experience with permanent make-up, although I do have tattoos. She told me that she doesn't believe in microblading and that powder brows were better. Also, since she is the professional, she suggested the color for me, even though I wanted a different color. I will give her credit for "mapping" my brows out very well and even suggested some good ideas which I went with. The part that I am unhappy with is the fact that she said I'd have to come back every year for a touch up and I'd still need to pencil my brows if I wanted them darker. Nope - I don't understand that at all. After spending $700, I should be abled to shave my eyebrows off if I wanted and would still have eyebrows! On the 2nd appointment, I told her that I was unhappy with the color she used and she agreed to use the color I originally wanted. That was great for about 2 months when the tattoos started fading SO badly, you can barely tell that the inner brow was even done. I'm so unhappy, I'm not even going back to her - ever. I gave her 3 stars because she shaped them well, but the actual tattoo part - 1 star! I have an appointment to go to a different salon tomorrow to get my brows fixed, I won't be returning to The Browery and Alexandra again.

Wonderful experience with Emily, for a shape and coloring of my brows. Place was very clean and inviting. She was very sweet and knowledgeable! I'll be back!

I came here for the first time recently after driving by this place for months. I had an eyebrow sculpting appt that I made online- their system is super user friendly, so it was no hassle. The spa is beautiful! So relaxing, they offer hot coffee and water. You can slip out of your street shoes into some cozy sandals. While you wait you can browse lines of make up and beauty products, including Jane Iredale!
Let's get to the important part though. The brows. I have tried so many places and they've always been just okay. I have to say that I have never loved my brows more than I do after my session with Kaitlyn. They are flawless. She listened to exactly what I wanted and made them happen. I will not be going anywhere else for my eyebrows again!

Wow- great service and results here. I had my eyebrows done (after 4 months hiking in NZ, they were a true bush job) and also received a quick tutorial on eye liner for prominent eyes- what a difference! I highly recommend this place- really great and so incredibly friendly :-)

After driving by recently and seeing someone on Instagram recommend this place, I decided to give it a try. The online booking process was extremely seamless and sent super helpful reminders. Crista did an absolutely wonderful job with my brows. We talked about their history and my goals with them. She was super friendly, professional... a wizard! They have never looked better! On your first visit you get a free beauty product sample which was pretty cool. I highly recommend this place!

This is a beautiful, clean spa. Appointments are easy to book online. Allison does a wonderful job with eyebrows. She is professional, warm, and precise. Highly recommend!

I love coming here! I tried a couple other places before this, but Stephanie is the only person I've found who truly takes the time to make sure my brows look great, and even. She is super nice and very good at what she does. The place itself is so relaxing and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone looking for amazing brows.
