I liked that the instructor was down to earth and friendly not overly snobby or someone who takes herself too seriously. She was great at teaching and giving the proper amount of instruction. Felt very comfortable even though I might not have performed each move perfectly.
I liked the heat but It was just slightly too hot for my taste but she told us the front of the room was hotter than the back.
Overall great vibe!
The instructor was absolutely great. The class was challenging but fun
Love vibe and the teachers...laid back atmosphere. ..always come with my daughter.so.glad she got me to.go.great environment.
