I love the community at vibe, that classes feel inclusive, and the selection of offerings!
I really enjoy the class. I have a hard time slowing down in my day to day life and Maria does a wonderful job of constructing the class so that you aren't trying to go like full out in your practice or do crazy poses - its more to help you come into tune with your practice.
